Terms and Conditions
We strive to provide our most loyal fans (or those willing to pay) with stuff they think is cool. And we think it’s cool too, otherwise we probably wouldn’t be making/selling it. While we absolutely do not want to seem hostile towards our potential customers, we have some rules.
Pre-Orders
As is common practice with smaller vendors, we don’t typically stock a particular item until enough people have expressed an interest (read: paid for) it to make it financially viable for us to get them made up in bulk.
All items marked “pre-order” will not ship until the pre-order number has been filled. If you’ve pre-ordered an item, you will be alerted via email or the News & Announcements section once it ships.
Canceling an Order
Orders that have not shipped can be canceled for a full refund. This includes pre-ordered items that have not been filled. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
No Exchanges
Once your order has arrived in pristine order, it is yours. You can’t swap it for something even cooler later, no matter how awesome the new product is/inevitably will be.
Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if the product is damaged during shipping. If you find yourself in the plurality of people inconvenienced by package handlers, send us a picture of the damaged product and you will receive a replacement.
We can’t give you a refund if you later decide that the strip/t-shirt you ordered is no longer funny.
Shipping
All orders that ship to the continental United States will have a $5 flat fee that goes to packaging and shipping costs.
Warranty
Our products are only guaranteed to arrive in pristine order. We cannot give a lifetime guarantee of the craftsmanship of any t-shirts, books or comic prints you buy from us. Remember, even the Mona Lisa is kept in the dark most of the time to prevent fading.
Rips, tears, fading, radiation poisoning, alien probery, time-displacia or any other dangers that may threaten your merchandise is beyond our control; we cannot guarantee that the products (or their purchasers) will survive them.
