I think a good rule of thumb is to somehow include "professional" into a punchline whenever it is at all possible.

C'mon, after that Juggalo started talking all that shit, you know I had to shut him down. Rather than being mature about it, I feel my response of "It seems all you have to teach me is about dicks.
